- Child restraint violations
- Unsafe speed on bridge or elevated structure
- Improper passing
- Driving left of center
- Wrong Way on one-way street
- Lane restriction by trucks
- Improper turn
- Illegal U-turn
- Unsafe start
- Motorcycle passenger violation
- Both hands not on handle bars of motorcycle
- Operating 3 or more motorcycles shoulder to shoulder in a single lane
- Driver education permit violation
- Temporary motorcycle learner permit violation
- Driving without ever having a valid license
- Interlock device violation
Six Point Violations:
- 25+ mph over the speed limit
- Running stop sign or failing to yield
- Disobeying Rail Road signals
- Following too closely to next car
- Disregarding police officer while directing traffic
- Fail to exercise due care when dealing with pedestrians
- Passing a school bus while loading/unloading
